The method

  1. Soak breadcrumbs in milk 5 minutes.
  2. Mix meats, eggs, soaked crumbs, onion, salt and pepper gently.
  3. Pack into loaf pan, top with ketchup whisked with sugar.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 65 minutes, rest 10 minutes before slicing.
