If you start a membership and decide it is not for you, email us at info@hardknocksbrewing.com within 30 days of your first charge with the subject line "Membership Refund." We will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. After the 30-day window we do not issue refunds on memberships, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.
Any item from our store can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@hardknocksbrewing.com with your order number and reason for return. We will email you a prepaid return label.
Items must be returned in their original packaging in resalable condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse. We pay return shipping if the item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered; otherwise the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.

We respond to refund requests within one business day. Refunds are processed within seven business days of approval and may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
You may cancel a membership at any time from your account page. Cancellation prevents future charges. It does not automatically issue a refund for the most recent charge; if you would like one within the 30-day window, email us using the process above.
If we lower a store item's price within 14 days of your purchase, email us and we will refund the difference. We do not adjust for sales or promotions held more than 14 days after purchase.
