These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and HARD KNOCKS FARMS L.L.C. ("Hard Knocks Brewing," "we," "us") governing your use of https://hardknocksbrewing.com and our subscription and e-commerce services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at info@hardknocksbrewing.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Hard Knocks memberships are sold as 30-day free trials followed by recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. In plain language: you give us a payment method when you start the trial, we do not charge you for 30 days, and then we charge you on day 31 and on every renewal date after that until you cancel. We will email a reminder before your trial ends.
Monthly memberships renew every month at $6.49. Annual memberships renew every year at $69.49. Prices may change with at least 30 days advance email notice.
You may cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect immediately for trial users (no charge) and at the end of the current billing period for paid users (you keep access until then).

You may use recipes, articles and other content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, sublicense, or use the Services to build a competing product, scrape the Site, or interfere with its operation.
All content on the Site (recipes, photography, articles, code, brand marks) is owned by HARD KNOCKS FARMS L.L.C. or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal use only.
Store orders are subject to availability, pricing on the Site at the time of purchase, and our shipping and return policies. We ship within the United States only. Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, suppliers or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration under Section 13.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Florida. The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us at info@hardknocksbrewing.com with subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first using the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site and emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
